Attachment

Attachment theory helps us understand how early relationships with caregivers shape the way we relate to ourselves and others throughout life. These early experiences can influence how safe, secure, and connected we feel in relationships, as well as how we respond to emotional needs our own and others’. In therapy, exploring your attachment patterns can reveal unconscious habits or fears that may be impacting your relationships, self-esteem, or ability to trust. By bringing awareness to these patterns, you can begin to heal relational wounds, build healthier connections, and develop a deeper sense of emotional security.

Inner child work

Inner child work involves reconnecting with the younger parts of yourself that may still carry unresolved emotions, unmet needs, or painful experiences from the past. These parts often show up in adult life through patterns of self-doubt, emotional reactivity, or people-pleasing. Therapy offers a compassionate space to explore and validate your inner child’s experiences, helping you to develop self-compassion, emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of inner safety. Healing the inner child can lead to profound shifts in how you relate to yourself, fostering greater resilience, self-worth, and authenticity.
